Photography of Sándor Gönci Frühof

I designed and edited a book dedicated to the work of photographer Sándor Gönci (Frühof) (1907–1994), one of the key creators within the Work Circle led by Lajos Kassák. His striking black-and-white photographs, taken in Budapest and across the Hungarian countryside during the 1920s and 1930s, offer a glimpse into a bygone era.

This bilingual album, presented in both English and Hungarian, features over 130 carefully selected photographs. Designed with a sophisticated format of 24cm × 28cm (a wider A4 size), it is bound in hardboard and finished with a knitted thread laced design, ensuring both durability and elegance.
